I’ve gotten to Chapter 41, but I’m stuck, because I keep returning to reread the theatre chapters, because those are the best, and the rest of the novel just doesn’t have the same kind of energy. I’ve read the last three or four chapters, too, because I’m impatient like that.

Crime and Punishment
I forgot the chapter I was on. I’ll have to restart from when he axe-murders the ol’ ladies. The mood of the novel was so depressing, though, I ended up starting reading Dickens to lighten up my own.
