I propose the creation of a national Secwepemc state, and the abolishment of the bands and the reserve system.
We Secwepmc shall form one national government to take direction from all the peoples of our nation. Within our nation, communities should be free to form local governments to attend to the day to day needs of its members, whereas the national government will attend to the needs of the many.
Personally, however, I have distrust toward any government, and so propose any Secwepemc government have checks and balances against any possible tyranny.
