Winnipeg Free Press: First Nations’ water plight needs action: chiefs
I’ve long maintained the Conservative government has no interest in working with First Nations. The stories coming out of Manitoba, from the Island Lakes reservations, provides another strong example of the Canadian government’s neglect for First Nations as an actual policy in itself.
It’s simply deplorable what the Cons expect First Nations to have to put up with in order to just survive on their lands.
