Well now we’ve heard that a number of leaders of other countries (including Obama) are going to be in Copenhagen Harper is jumping on the bandwagon and declaring that he too will be going. Instead of trying to take a leadership role on the international stage Harper is simply following along with what everyone else does. That is when he’s not trying to be an obstructionist for taking real action on climate change.
