The "report on business" reporter Michael Babad is fulfilling his purpose , deriding the #OccupyWallStreet protests happening in Vancouver, because it will be at the Art Gallery. Oh, he says he gets this whole occupy movement in other places but then he simply cannot figure out why they will be at the VAG? And he cannot just ask because, they don’t do that in business reporting. It wasn’t in the fax. oops.
The Art Gallery in Vancouver is housed in what used to be the Vancouver Courthouse.
It is also located right near the supreme courts, and much of the financial district in Vancouver. It is also about the only space that will hold the amount of people expected. One can get legal permits, it has a stage of sorts, and it is accessible.
Simple enough.
But then you really have to see the stoopid piling on in the comments of that piece. An example:
