From Rob Antle’s article in Atlantic Business Magazine, an interesting quote from federal Natural Resources Minister Joe Oliver about Muskrat Falls, and the federal government’s loan guarantee.
“Look, the project, at the end of the day, has a private sector component to it, so the decision of the people in Newfoundland and Labrador and elsewhere in the region is that the project is economically viable.”
Can anyone offer an explanation what that’s supposed to mean?
