Priorities. Beer and corporate hype fuels stoopid.

The world:  The powers that be have raised food prices, and your children are going hungry.

"Our fear is that we still haven’t seen the worst of food inflation in vulnerable countries and that could be coming. A lot depends on the next few weeks and it’s impossible to predict how Mother Nature will behave,"

"We are very worried about high prices," Green said. "Food riots are definitely a possibility. If you’re struggling to feed your kids and the price of bread suddenly doubles, it could prove the tinder that sparks the whole thing off."

Greece: The powers that be have decided that the people of Greece will pay for the default by the greedy banks, the corporate welfare tax cuts and the tax evaders,  with lower wages and higher taxes for the "rest"….(Gee sounds familiar)

Spain:  same story. The banks, tax evaders and corporate welfare. The people are being told it is all their fault and that they must now pay. Peaceful protests turn to riots when the police move in G20 style.

Canada: After a fucking hockey game, a bunch of losers decide to trash their own city because they are hurt so terribly by that.

When the "austerity for thee" hits here in Canada, nothing will be said at all probably. They will take that sitting down complacently.

Hell, they won’t even leave their big screen Tee Vee’s for that one. The only way they will be out in the streets is when they become homeless.
