Many are blaming the NDP. Many are blaming the Liberals.
Some are even calling out the Greens.
Lots to go around today.
I blame Canada.
The non voters, (you know who you are) The electoral system (which incidentally wouldn’t have been such a big part of last nights debacle with more voters) and the stoopid and morally bankrupt. Yanno, the 40% who voted for the Cons despite all of the hard evidence against them. Hard to say if the corporate owned media is as much to blame as boneheaded stoopidity.
Lots of blame.
So. It is done. But we have come to this place because the right united. Time for us to do the same.
There will be no actual voter reform for at least 5 years. Oh sure, the idea must be kept alive, but the reality here is that it is not in the Cons best interests to make the vote fair and equitable.
