This year’s Celebration of Light finished up Saturday night with a “Tribute to China.” The show was actually produced by a Canadian firm but there was some confusion as lots of folks thought it was a Chinese production.The winner of this year’s competition was announced before the show began Saturday night, and our favourite of Spain won – One of the few times we’ve agreed with the judges . . . .
