FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASEOctober 7, 2009The Oshawa Federal Liberal Association launches new websiteOSHAWA, ON – The Oshawa Federal Liberal Association (“OFLA”) is pleased to announce the launch of its brand new website: www.oshawa.liberal.ca.The new website will provide the community with regular updates about the OFLA, the Liberal Party of Canada, its leader Michael Ignatieff, and the political issues that matter to the people of Oshawa, while also providing a means for Oshawa residents to contact the Liberals.“With our new interactive website, we hope to enhance our association’s ability to communicate with our community” said OFLA Vice President Michael Maynard. “This provides us with a great resource for connecting with the riding, sharing news and ideas, recruiting volunteers, and building on the Liberal base of support in Oshawa.”The Oshawa Federal Liberal Association invites all members of the community to visit their new website, and join with the Liberals in creating a stronger Oshawa in a better Canada. “We hope that Oshawa residents will visit our website often, and even consider joining the party, volunteering, or making a donation” said Maynard. “Oshawa has been through some tough times lately, but as a community, we’ve always pulled together.
