Pennsylvania judge dismisses charges against attacker of atheist based on cultural and religious grounds

I never thought I’d be in agreement with the likes of Pam Geller but this is outrageous. A Pennsylvania judge dismissed charges against a man who assaulted an atheist dressed as ‘Zombie Muhammad’ during a Halloween parade. The whole thing was videotaped. Witnesses were all around. A police officer corroborated the victim’s account.
