The basis of creating effective teams is connecting and engaging with your team mates. People perform best when they are fulfilling both a personal purpose and are furthering the noble purpose of the organization. Teams perform best when they support each other in the pursuit of the personal and organizational purpose.
Riding Associations are teams. If we use the industry best practices surrounding how to create effective and efficient teams, we will have much better success connecting with voters and electing MPs.
