And let us face it. The political establishment and the media, and many of the so called "christian" big box organizations have been portraying those who have fallen from "grace" as lazy, dirty and worthless. It makes it possible for them to keep on making the cruelest cuts on the backs of the poor, the mentally ill and children with the complacent approval of the public, who really should know better. Many of us are in fact one cheque off the street.
