Notice of Appeal has today been filed with the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
Comments are welcome, but please take note that I do not intend to argue the appeal here (or anywhere else, for that matter: my lawyer would not approve).
I would caution those from the other side, should they be moved to say a word or two in the thread, to remain civil. And I use that word in a somewhat more restricted sense than the ruling of the motions judge would imply is the rule in the blogosphere. 🙂
