Under the guise of ‘belt tightening’, Canada has turned down an invitation to attend Expo 2012 in South Korea. Or, is it a case we simply can’t we afford it? You know, our fabulous economy under the Conservatives and all.
Or, is something else in play here with our fine Conservative government? James Moore knows this is South Korea, right?
