Everyone has known about this for a long time. I have been out of the country for three years, and out of Ottawa for the better part of eight years, and I knew. There is no excuse, none, for failing to report on this before or during an election, then posting it a year later when the timing is meaningless.
Now if Peter Mackay had been a four-maple-leaf General, they’d have been right on it.
