Despite the theme name, we did not get Oodles of submissions this time out, so I really encourage my friends to contact me if they have a camera and want to play along. That said, the ones we did get are very nice!

When voting for the OODLES theme, please choose your top two pics which you think best fit the theme.
Theme #22, chosen by Mollie, is NEGATIVE SPACE, and any level of editing is allowed in this challenge. (I’ve decided that we should specify the level of editing allowed for each theme, and will be defining these in the rules in short order.)
Submissions will be due on Wednesday July 6, 2011 at 7:00 PM.

Actually, this site is great for inspiration (and a bit of intimidation, actually) as well as theme ideas if you are stuck. I have joined at the free account level and begun voting in the open challenges, though I have not submitted anything yet. The paid membership is very low cost and opens up all of the member challenges plus allows you to put your profile and some portfolio pics on the site. Seems very cool.
